- Children age 12 and over are welcome, but please check with hosts when making reservations
- All rates are double occupancy and do not include tax (13% plus $.50 per night). Additional guest is $25 per night plus tax; $35 per night plus tax for special events
- Parking is free (limited amount of space)
- Some minimum stays required. Please check with hosts for dates
- Accepted payment methods: cash, traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Full payment for reservations are required 30 days prior to arrival. If you need to cancel after that period, we will do our best to re-book the room. If we cannot,full payment will be retained. If we can, you will receive a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee
- Cancellation policies vary with the season
- Check-in time is flexible (please check with hosts if arriving before 1:00pm or after 10:00pm)
- Check-out time is 11:00am (luggage can be stored for guests leaving the city later)
- Smoking is only allowed outside. Ashtrays are provided on the front porch
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. However, you are welcome to pretend that our dogs are your pets during your stay
