City ParkOur neighborhood – located right on the streetcar line – includes one of the nation’s largest city parks (on par with Central Park in New York and Golden Gate Park in San Francisco). New Orleans’ splendid City Park offers pastoral walks and gardens, botanical gardens, a sculpture garden, and the superb New Orleans Museum of Art, which ranks in the top 25 percent of the nation's 140 largest and most important art museums.

Downtown Located along the Mississippi River, New Orleans’ downtown area offers the lovely Woldenburg Riverfront Park, and many great tourist attractions, including an art-film cinema, the Southern Repertory Theater, the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, The New Orleans Convention Center, Harrah’s Casino, Riverwalk Marketplace shops and restaurants, and the high-end Shops at Canal Place featuring Saks Fifth Avenue, Kenneth Cole, Brooks Brothers, Gucci, and more.

French QuarterWalk the streets of the historic French Quarter. Marvel at the architecture and the majestic ironwork. Enjoy magnificent dining, music, art, and shopping.

Garden District The gracious and stately Garden District comprises one of the best-preserved collections of historic mansions in the south – if not the entire country. Also located in the district is the terrific Audubon Park and Zoo, one of the country's premiere zoos, providing an oasis for 1,500 animals, representing over 350 species from around the world.

Warehouse District/Arts District Adjacent to Downtown is the Warehouse District, a revitalized section of New Orleans dedicated to both small art galleries and major museums. Located here are both the National D-Day Museum, our nation’s only museum dedicated entirely to World War II information and exhibits, and The Ogden Museum of Southern Art, which houses the largest and most comprehensive collection of Southern art in the world.
